61 DAYS

2022. I was deeply inspired by music from FKJ, Datsunn, J3PO and Tom Misch.

Amidst the lockdown of 2020, my fascination with synthesizers prompted further exploration in sampling, finger drumming and bass.

Two years later, the result is this EP – a mix of Lo-Fi, Electronic and Jazz. Written, performed and mixed in 61 days.

COMEBACK KIDS

2020. My love for analog synthesizers took me on an exciting new musical journey. Teaming up with a close friend and fellow 80s music nut, we collaborated to produce three singles.

Our aspiration was to transport listeners to an era of white suits, neon lights and Testarossas.

ALMOST SUNDOWN

NIGHT TIDE

2019. These singles represent moods of the night. Inspiration behind the music were from snapshots I captured and are featured as the artwork.

“Almost Sundown” was taken during sunset between Shibuya and Daikanyama. “Night Tide” was taken at an abandoned gas station during a beer run in Brooklyn, New York.

TIMELINE

2009. I release my first guitar instrumental EP. So many great memories learning how to record and release music before the era of streaming. This was the last time I used real amps for my music. A Splawn Quickrod and Marshall JVM. Two years later, I discovered the Axe-Fx 1 and haven’t bought an amp since.
